Resumen
En este estudio nos detenemos a analizar uno de sus géneros literarios predilectos de José Jiménez Lozano, el relato y, en concreto, en Los grandes relatos (1991), una gran parábola sobre la condición humana. Destacamos algunos rasgos constitutivos de su escritura: la predilección por las historias y por los seres de desgracia, la ficcionalidad, la polifonía y el dialogismo, el imaginario del escritor, la dimensión ética de la memoria, etc.
