Resumen: La red social Tuenti es la más utilizada en España por el grupo de edad comprendido entre los catorce y los dieciocho años. La lengua empleada en sus intercambios en esta red social se aleja de la norma. El léxico es uno de los aspectos del lenguaje juvenil que más variaciones sufre. En este artículo se examinan mensajes, textos y comentarios de una muestra de usuarios adolescentes de Tuenti. El estudio analiza algunos aspectos del léxico: la ampliación de los significados debida a la utilización de Tuenti, los vocativos utilizados, el empleo de las denominadas colocaciones léxicas, el estudio de otros fenómenos léxicos, como la utilización de anglicismos, onomatopeyas, emoticones, siglas y la realización de acortamientos léxicos, así como una consideración del campo asociativo relativo a la fiesta. Se realiza también una valoración de las motivaciones para la utilización de ese léxico.

Some comments about the lexicon in the social network Tuenti
The social network Tuenti is the most popular by the age group comprised between fourteen and eighteen years. The lenguage used in their communicative exchanges in this social network is far from the linguistic norm. The lexico is one of the aspects of the youth speech that change more. This article analyzes messages, texts and comments written by a sample of young users. The study focuses on the analysis of some lexicon’s aspects: the new meanings of some words because of the use of Tuenti, the vocatives used, the appearance of some lexical collocations, the study of the other lexical phenomenons like use of anglicisms, onomatopoeias, emoticons, acronyms and lexical shortening as well a consideration of the associative field relating to party. We also appraise the principal motivations of the appearance of this lexicon.
